phpvlp Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "phpvlp," "we," "us," "our" refers to phpvlp and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors operating the platform at https://phpvlp.net.
• "Platform" means the phpvlp website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming services, including casino games, live tables, sports betting, and any other products made available to registered users.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, deposits funds into, or otherwise uses the phpvlp Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the phpvlp Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a Player's account by phpvlp.
• "Real Money Balance" means the peso-denominated funds deposited by the Player and held in their phpvlp account wallet.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that licenses and supervises phpvlp's online gaming operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be bet on qualifying games before it and any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phpvlp Platform — whether by completing registration, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, or simply browsing the Platform — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, understand their content, and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phpvlp. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an account, request its closure by contacting our support team.

Where a specific game, promotion, or service is governed by additional terms, those supplementary terms shall apply alongside these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the supplementary terms shall prevail in respect of the specific game or promotion concerned.

3. Eligibility

Use of the phpvlp Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, real-money online gambling is prohibited for persons under the age of 21.
• You are physically present within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of phpvlp or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order issued by phpvlp, PAGCOR, or any other gaming regulatory body.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

phpvlp reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the phpvlp Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. phpvlp employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect multi-accounting. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phpvlp reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close the accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with them.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information, including a false date of birth, is a breach of these terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

4.3 KYC Verification

phpvlp is required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money-laundering legislation to verify the identity and age of all Players. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification documents — such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, or SSS ID — together with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of the source of funds used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. phpvlp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phpvlp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

5. Deposits & Payments

phpvlp accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. phpvlp does not accept third-party deposits. Where a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the name on the phpvlp account, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

phpvlp does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which phpvlp bears no responsibility.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. phpvlp reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and internal risk management policies.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Real Money Balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed on the Platform. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements.

Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) business day following approval. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required or where your bank or e-wallet provider introduces delays outside of phpvlp's control.

phpvlp reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or receipt of a request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority. In such cases, phpvlp will notify the Player of the reason for the delay where permitted to do so.

6.1 Withdrawal of Bonus Winnings

Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Withdrawing a Real Money Balance while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as set out in the applicable bonus terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

phpvlp offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are awarded in Bonus Funds and are subject to a Wagering Requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity window specified in the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity window.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Live casino games, slots, fishing games, and sports bets may contribute different percentages. Contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• phpvlp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Bonuses claimed in contravention of this rule may be forfeited.
• Any Player found to be exploiting bonus terms — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet requirements with minimal risk, or the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses forfeited and their account suspended.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phpvlp Platform — including live casino tables, slots, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

phpvlp uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. The integrity of all game outcomes is verified and cannot be manipulated by phpvlp, its employees, or third parties.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including software errors, server interruptions, or connectivity failures — the affected round may be declared void. Wagers placed on void rounds will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. phpvlp's decision on void rounds is final.

Displayed payout percentages (Return to Player rates) are calculated over a statistically significant number of game rounds and represent long-term averages. Individual session outcomes may differ significantly from the published RTP.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpvlp Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including a false age or identity.
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one phpvlp account.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or with Platform employees to manipulate game outcomes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phpvlp staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

phpvlp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a direction from PAGCOR, a court, or other competent authority.
• Detection of multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to the dormant account policy.

Upon termination for cause, phpvlp reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player following completion of any applicable investigation, subject to deduction of any amounts owed by the Player to phpvlp.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

11. Responsible Gaming

phpvlp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to its Players. The following tools are available to all registered Players directly through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phpvlp account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and six (6) weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months.
• Reality Checks: Receive timed notifications during gaming sessions reminding you of your session duration and net gaming position.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the phpvlp Platform — including but not limited to the phpvlp brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of phpvlp or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any part of the Platform; reverse-engineering or decompiling any part of the Platform software; or using phpvlp's trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpvlp's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of the Real Money Balance held in the Player's account at the time the relevant claim arose.

phpvlp shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from or in connection with:

• Any interruption, delay, or failure in the availability of the Platform.
• Any technical malfunction, server error, or internet connectivity issue beyond phpvlp's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to secure their credentials.
• Any change in applicable law or regulatory requirements that necessitates modification or withdrawal of any Platform feature.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits phpvlp's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

phpvlp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data in connection with your phpvlp account and use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

By registering a phpvlp account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

phpvlp will share personal data with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required to do so by law or by a valid regulatory direction. phpvlp implements technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction.

15. Amendments to These Terms

phpvlp reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phpvlp will notify registered Players by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which shall be no less than seven (7) days after the notice is first published, except where an earlier effective date is required by law or by a PAGCOR directive.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the Platform before the effective date of the change and contact our support team to close your account and withdraw your Real Money Balance. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute between a Player and phpvlp that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process shall be submitted to the dispute resolution mechanism of PAGCOR in the first instance. Where PAGCOR's process does not result in a resolution acceptable to both parties, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are encouraged to contact phpvlp's support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. phpvlp will use reasonable efforts to respond to and resolve complaints within five (5) business days.
